My Philosophy of Leadership and Development training is built on a foundation of economic theories and principles. If you are going to reach your goals both professional and personal, then you need to prioritize and allocate your scarce resources to their highest valued use. It's not just money... we talk about all your resources such as time, talent, and effort. We all have limitations and we have developed actionable steps that help you and your team get the most out of your scarce resources.
I enlisted in the military so I could go to college. My intent was not a career in the Army, but the meaningful purpose and culture kept me in the military for over three decades. I served as a Special Operations Aviator and then transitioned to Academy Professor at West Point. I quickly learned I had a passion for connecting the dots from the battlefield into a classroom setting where I could assist in developing future leaders. My academic endeavors have allowed me to leverage economic thoughts into organizational behavior. These processes have been developed through years of practical and theoretical review.
I provide assistance in developing leaders and teams through three different methods. The first is Onsite Visits, where we engage directly with individuals and teams. This is completed with customized presentations and one-on-one sessions. The second method is through an academic setting that includes online coursework. This provides a focused syllabus with lesson objectives for obtaining professional credits in different industries. The third method is via podcasts and social media, which are designed to spread our principles broadly using applied techniques, tactics, and procedures.
